The Complete 180 Method

Integrating conscious strategy, subconscious recalibration, & nervous system regulation.

Most high-performing professionals are not struggling because they lack discipline, intelligence, or ambition. They struggle because the internal systems that support decision-making, regulation, and sustained performance are operating under chronic pressure, often without recalibration. My work is designed to address that layer.

The Complete 180 Method integrates strategic coaching with hypnotherapy and nervous-system-based regulation to support clarity, steadiness, and performance under real-world pressure. This approach addresses both the conscious and subconscious layers that shape how responsibility is carried, decisions are made, and stress is metabolized over time.

The Integrative Model

REFLECTIVE COACHING

Identifies the internal patterns and pressure points influencing decision-making, leadership, and performance at the conscious level.

SUBCONSCIOUS RECALIBRATION

Uses structured, consent-based hypnotherapy to recalibrate automatic responses and internal patterns that do not shift through insight alone.

NERVOUS SYSTEM INTEGRATION

Uses structured regulation practices, such as guided exposure, somatic rehearsal, and optional biofeedback, to help the body learn that it can respond intentionally rather than automatically.

A woman with dark hair tied in a bun, seen from behind, sitting at a table across from a man with short light hair, with both blurred in the background. The photo is taken through a glass, causing reflections and blurring.

Coaching works at the level of conscious insight and strategy. For many professionals, that is sufficient, until pressure enters the system.

When the same reactions repeat despite awareness, the issue is not understanding. It is that the nervous system and subconscious patterns shaping response have not been recalibrated.

How the work is applied

In private engagements, this work is applied through a monthly recalibration cycle. Rather than rushing change or stacking techniques, each month follows a deliberate arc that allows insight to translate into stable, embodied shifts under real-world pressure.

The Monthly Recalibration Cycle

1. Assessment & Awareness

We begin by identifying where internal pressure, friction, or automatic response is currently active. This may show up in decision-making, leadership dynamics, confidence, or stress response.

2. Cognitive Framing

We clarify the pattern and its impact, naming what is happening internally so it can be addressed intentionally rather than managed through effort.

3. Subconscious Recalibration

Using hypnotherapy and regulation-based techniques, we work directly with the pattern at the level where it is held, allowing the nervous system to experience new options for response.

4. Integration, Observation, & Rehearsal

Between sessions, change is allowed to stabilize through awareness, observation, and rehearsal rather than pressure or forced behavior. This is where new responses begin to hold under real-world conditions.

This approach is designed to support professionals who want internal change that holds—not insight that fades under demand.
