The Focused Recalibration is a 12-week hybrid coaching and hypnotherapy engagement designed for high-performing professionals and entrepreneurs ready to break through barriers that have become limiting under pressure.
Not every situation requires a year-long container. Some individuals arrive with a clearly defined internal challenge — a transition, a pressure point, or a pattern that has become costly at their current level of responsibility.
This focused engagement provides structured recalibration within a contained timeframe, offering depth and clarity without requiring long-term commitment.

What the 12-Week Focused Recalibration Includes:

This is a private, time-bound engagement designed to address a specific internal pattern, transition, or pressure point within a twelve-week structure.
The work is intentionally paced with weekly sessions to support continuity, depth, and steady internal change.
The structure is intentionally focused, allowing for meaningful recalibration without requiring a year-long commitment.

Over twelve weeks, clients participate in one session per week, alternating between reflective coaching and subconscious recalibration.
This includes:
Six reflective coaching sessions
Focused on clarifying the specific internal pattern influencing decision-making, confidence, or performance, and building conscious awareness around how that pattern operates under pressure.
Six subconscious recalibration sessions
Guided hypnotherapy sessions designed to work directly with the identified pattern at the level where it is held, allowing new internal responses to emerge without force.
Throughout the engagement, nervous-system regulation is integrated into both coaching and hypnotherapy, rather than treated as a separate component. Regulation skills are reinforced experientially, in real time, and in relation to the client’s actual circumstances.

The engagement begins with an initial assessment to clarify scope, patterns, and intention.
It concludes with a closing assessment to reflect on shifts in internal response, regulation, and decision-making, and to determine appropriate next steps.

This engagement is designed to work with one primary internal theme, such as:
a defined transition or inflection point
a recurring stress or pressure response
confidence or decisiveness under demand
preparation for an upcoming change or expansion
It is not intended to address multiple long-standing or identity-level patterns simultaneously.

This engagement includes bounded, thoughtful support between sessions to maintain continuity and integration.
It is not designed for crisis management or constant access, but for steady, contained progress.

Clients may receive recordings from their personalized recalibration sessions (hypnotherapy tracks) or brief guided practices to support nervous-system regulation.
In some cases, additional regulation tools, such as neuro- or biofeedback, may be incorporated selectively, depending on context, availability, and client preference.
These tools are optional and used as supportive complements rather than core requirements.
The 12-week Focused Recalibration engagement is $8500.00
